Barns Place Oxford sold out!

All 40 apartments at Barns Place in Oxford have now completed.

The development was created in conjunction with HAB Housing, Kevin McCloud’s development company, and leading architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, winners of the RIBA Stirling Prize 2015.

These contemporary urban apartments offer warm and efficient spaces that are easy to use and maintain – perfect for hectic lifestyles. Each apartment has outdoor space – a balcony or terrace – and all residents have access to the roof terrace high above the hustle and bustle of the streets below. From here, the views of Oxford and its spires are fantastic, of course – but it is the sight of open countryside to the south and east that is perhaps most surprising.

Each home has a modern fitted kitchen and gas central heating and all the fittings have been carefully considered to offer a good standard of specification and long-lasting quality.

With traffic congestion being a key issue locally, Barns Place was designed to put minimum pressure on the existing transport infrastructure. While there is no parking on site or in the streets close by, local buses stop at your front door, literally, and we have included two car club spaces for residents to book a car as and when.
